How to chose laser source? Max,Raycus or IPG?

Is Max (Maxphotonics)  better than raycus?

In fact, their quality is not much difference than Before, 3 years ago, Max failure rate is much higher , but currently, highly improve.
They all have their own advantages:
1. Raycus is biggest supplier of laser source in China, longer than Max
2. Raycus is supported by China government, they have strong R&D capability
3. since 2004,we cooperate with Raycus, so we are strategic partner with Raycus , they give us better price
you know ,every factory has their stable supplier, if buy large quantity from one supplier, who will give better price
For Max, we use  less , so their price is higher than Raycus for us to buy
but in fact, Max is also good , Max is located in Shenzhen, they are yonger than Raycus, but now their market occupation is increasing.
Especially, during this virus period, Raycus is in Wuhan, which is most severe district in China. So it affected Raycus a lot, so many orders waiting in Raycus , it is difficult to get laser source from them . Now for XT , we also use Max now, because of delivery time ,Raycus laser source affecting production time.

what is advantages of IPG laser source?

· High market share, a certain degree of reaction to brand strength and quality

· low failure rate, only 3%

· light power we can see in real time

· after-sale service spots all over the world, problems can be resolve in time

· High photoelectric conversion rate. Can reach 45%, other brands are only about 25%

· German brand ,good quality，laser power weakened slower than other brand.
